Night out set

The Night Out Set is designed for clubwear, combining style with comfort suitable for extended wear. Its tailored fit supports movement, making it appropriate for social environments requiring both fashion and functionality.

Delivery timeframes refer to courier transit time only and do not include order processing or fulfillment. Delivery estimates are stated in business days for standard delivery areas and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, weather, carrier conditions, and other circumstances outside Devine Diva Fashion’s control.

Orders are generally processed in the order they are received. Dispatch times may vary based on product availability, order volume, payment verification, and fulfillment requirements. Any delivery timeframe provided by Devine Diva Fashion or a delivery carrier is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Devine Diva Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier or postal delays

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Customs delays

• Government actions

• Public holidays

• Carrier service interruptions

• Technical issues

• Other events beyond our reasonable control

During sale periods and promotional events, customers should allow additional time for order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

Devine Diva Fashion makes every reasonable effort to process orders promptly.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary depending on staffing, inventory availability, payment approval, and order volume.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

If you have not received your order within 15 business days after placing it, please contact Devine Diva Fashion:

Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Duties

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout unless a qualifying free-shipping promotion applies.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices and shipping charges may not include sales tax, customs charges, import duties, or other government fees that may apply to an order shipped outside the United States. Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility unless Devine Diva Fashion expressly states otherwise.

For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable law.

Split Shipments

If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately based on product availability, warehouse location, fulfillment requirements, or inventory status.

When an order is shipped in multiple packages:

• Each package may have its own tracking number.

• The customer may receive separate shipment confirmation emails.

• The customer will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is split into multiple shipments, unless the customer separately requests an additional shipping method or address.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Devine Diva Fashion may be unable to ship to certain PO Boxes, parcel lockers, freight-forwarding addresses, or restricted delivery locations.

If a customer provides an address that cannot receive the selected shipping service, Devine Diva Fashion may contact the customer for an alternative address. If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled and refunded, less any nonrefundable fees permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, building, gate, and access information when applicable.

Delivery Method

Orders are shipped using third-party delivery carriers selected by Devine Diva Fashion or made available at checkout. Available delivery methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout when available.

The customer may authorize the carrier to leave a package at the delivery address without a signature. If a package is left unattended at the customer’s request or under the carrier’s delivery procedures, Devine Diva Fashion is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery, to the extent permitted by law.

Customers should consider using a secure delivery location, signature-required delivery, workplace delivery, or another location where someone can receive the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Customers should monitor tracking information and contact Devine Diva Fashion promptly if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Devine Diva Fashion may assist in contacting the carrier or opening a delivery investigation. However, Devine Diva Fashion is not responsible for a package that is lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If an order arrives visibly damaged, customers should photograph the package and its contents and contact Devine Diva Fashion as soon as possible.

Free Shipping

Free-shipping promotions apply when an order meets the applicable minimum purchase requirement shown on the website or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, the qualifying purchase amount is based on eligible merchandise purchased and excludes:

• Shipping charges

• Taxes

• Gift cards

• Cancelled items

• Returned items

• Discount amounts

• Other excluded products or fees identified in the promotion

Devine Diva Fashion reserves the right to modify or discontinue free-shipping promotions in accordance with applicable law.

Sale Periods and Public Holidays

During sales, promotional events, holidays, and product launches, order volume may significantly increase. Orders placed during these periods may require additional processing and fulfillment time.

Public holidays and scheduled warehouse or store closures may also affect processing and delivery. Any special processing or shipping notice displayed during checkout or on the website forms part of the applicable delivery information for that order.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will not ship before the estimated shipping date stated on the product page, unless Devine Diva Fashion notifies the customer otherwise.

If an order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items:

• In-stock items may ship separately when available.

• Pre-order items will ship when they arrive and are ready for fulfillment.

• Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

• The estimated pre-order date is not a guaranteed shipping date.

Devine Diva Fashion may be unable to cancel or modify a pre-order after it has been placed, particularly once the item has entered processing. Any cancellation request will be reviewed under the applicable order and pre-order terms.

Editing Orders and Shipping Addresses

Customers may request limited order changes, such as correcting shipping details or adding or removing an item, within 15 minutes after the order is placed by contacting Devine Diva Fashion or using any available self-service order-editing feature.

Customers should understand that:

• An order edit may delay processing or cause the order to miss the processing window.

• Once the 15-minute editing period has expired, changes and cancellations may not be available.

• An order that has entered fulfillment or shipment cannot generally be changed.

• Devine Diva Fashion may decline an amendment or cancellation request when the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing checkout.

Devine Diva Fashion reserves the right to modify the order-editing period when operationally necessary.

Customs and International Orders

For international orders, estimated delivery times do not include customs processing, import inspections, duties, taxes, or other governmental delays.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for reviewing the laws and import requirements of the destination country. Customs authorities may impose duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges before delivery.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges and the package is returned to Devine Diva Fashion, any refund may be reduced by return shipping costs, original shipping charges, customs-related fees, and restocking fees permitted by law.

Devine Diva Fashion cannot guarantee that an international order will be released by customs or that the destination country will permit the products to enter.

Customs Holds and Delivery Investigations

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and the customer has not received a carrier notification, the customer should contact Devine Diva Fashion:

Email: ddivaboutique2022@gmail.com
Phone: 262-583-0001

Devine Diva Fashion may investigate the shipment with the carrier. Customers may be asked to confirm their shipping address, provide additional information, or complete a carrier claim process.

Investigations may take several business days. Replacement or refund decisions will be made in accordance with the applicable order, carrier, and return policies.
