Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a store credit.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in processing or shipment.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

• Custom or pre-order items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
