Exchange Only Conditions

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please contact our customer service first, we will get back to you ASAP.

4.The returns will be made at your own cost. Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

5.  Final sale items can not be returned

6. Customer will be charged a 5% restocking fee and you will be issued a in-store credit for the remaining amount.

 

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Devine Diva Boutique gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
